- Return Period: Returns can be requested within **7 days of receiving the item**

- Simply click **“Request a Return”** through the platform and provide the details of the issue along with the required evidence
- Our admin team will review the information and supporting evidence before approving the return - Refunds
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return has been approved
- **If approved, the refund will be processed through the platform according to its refund policy and the payment method used**. The processing time may vary depending on the platform and payment provider
- **Important:** Refunds will only be processed after the return has been approved, and **shipping fees are non-refundable** unless the return is due to an error or issue caused by our store
