วิธีการขอคืนสินค้า (How to Request a Return)

- ทีมแอดมินจะตรวจสอบข้อมูลและหลักฐานประกอบก่อนอนุมัติการคืนสินค้า
การคืนเงิน (Refunds)
- เมื่อทางร้านได้รับสินค้าที่ส่งคืนและตรวจสอบสินค้าเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทางร้านจะแจ้งยืนยันว่าการคืนสินค้าได้รับการอนุมัติหรือไม่
- หากได้รับการอนุมัติ การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการผ่านแพลตฟอร์มตามนโยบายการคืนเงินของแพลตฟอร์มและช่องทางการชำระเงินที่ใช้ โดยระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการอาจแตกต่างกันไปตามแพลตฟอร์มและผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน
- สำคัญ: การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการ หลังจากการคืนสินค้าได้รับการอนุมัติแล้วเท่านั้น และ ค่าจัดส่งไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ เว้นแต่การคืนสินค้านั้นเกิดจากความผิดพลาดหรือปัญหาที่เกิดจากทางร้าน
